Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (not first visit).
Third party vouchers are not valid against Membership purchases unless specifically stated.
Memberships are valid for the stated person only and are not transferable unless previously agreed.
Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.
Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

All vouchers (both purchased through Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World and third parties) are only valid for the product stated and are not valid with any other offer.
If it rains continuously for 2 hours or more during your visit, we’ll give you a FREE day ticket for a return visit within 1 month. You will be informed through the Hoo Zoo App if you’re visit has been affected and on how to apply. This offer is only valid for pre-booked tickets and not for tickets purchased on the day (either at the gate or online).
