Have you ever dreamed of feeding some of the world’s most extraordinary wild cats?

During the Cat Feeding Experience you’ll be able to help our keepers train and tong feed all our cat species. Please be aware that this experience will take place outside most of the cat enclosures and feeding taking place from the other side of the fence.

You will be given the opportunity to tong feed up to 4 of our cat species at Hoo Zoo. During this amazing experience the keeper will remain with you throughout informing you about the animals and ensuring you’re always safe.

Jungle Cat - A sleek predator of the Caucasus , with its mysterious and stealthy nature.

Rusty-Spotted Cat - The world’s smallest wild feline, but no less fierce!

Caracal - Pound for pound one of the worlds strongest predators!

Feed and Learn: Discover fascinating facts about all our cats whilst you tong feed them their favourite treats. Our keepers will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and keep you safe throughout.

Photo Opportunities: Capture the moment! Bring your camera to snap photos of our cats and the other animals during this unique experience.

This guided experience allows you to see these exotic cats up close, learn about their behaviours, and take part in their feeding routine—all while remaining safe and respectful of their space.

Please be aware

As our animals welfare is of utmost importance and we are privileged to be able to get so close to these species – we will not force our animals to do anything against their nature and all interaction is done on their terms.
