The Meerkat and Lemur Experience gives you the chance to get up close and personal with 2 of our most popular animals. This experience is 1 hour long.

BOOK ONLINE AND SAVE! BOOK ONLINE AND SAVE!

You will start the hour long experience by hand feeding one of our groups of Meerkats. During this time you will be offered the opportunity to hand feed and interact with them whilst some of the Meerkats may choose to climb on you.

You will then move onto meeting one of our groups of Lemurs and helping with their enrichment. We have three species of Lemurs at Hoo Zoo and during your experience you will get to meet one of them. Whether its the Black and White Ruffed Lemur, Ringtailed Lemur or Collared Brown Lemur you meet they are all extremely friendly and love to take food from you.

Our keepers will be there throughout to help guide you through the experience and answer any questions you may have whilst ensuring you have a fun and safe experience.

Please be aware that as our animals welfare is of utmost importance and we are privileged to be able to get so close to these species – we will not force our animals to do anything against their nature and all interaction is done on their terms.
